Hotel & Travel

How do I make a hotel reservation for the conference?

All hotel reservations can be requested during the conference registration process. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register and book as soon as possible to secure your accommodation.

Is my room included in the registration fee?

Rooms are not included in your conference registration fee. Deluxe Exchange registration grants access to all conference sessions, materials, conference meals and activities during the event.

What airport(s) are closest to the conference venue?

The closest airports are the Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the Scottsdale Airport (SDL).

Is transportation provided?

Ground transportation between Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is not included in your conference registration fee. 

Taxi: A taxi between Sky Harbor International and the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess costs approximately $50 plus tip and takes about 30 minutes. Uber and Lyft rates vary but typically are less expensive than taking a taxi.

Private and Rental Cars: Alternatively, the resort can book a private vehicle to and from the airport. For advanced reservations, call (800) 410-5479. To request pick-up from the airport terminal, look for the transportation board near the baggage claim area.
